Break down the snatch and clean & jerk into progressions that reinforce proper mechanics, bar path efficiency, and timing.
Strength & Accessory Work
Complement your lifts with targeted strength training and mobility work. Learn how to build long-term stability and explosive power through squats, pulls, presses, and accessory movements.
Injury Prevention & Physical Therapy Workshop
Learn from Physical TherapistMike Paulauski who specializes in strength sports. This interactive session includes movement screening, mobility assessments, and corrective exercises tailored to lifters. You'll gain insight into staying injury-free while maximizing your training longevity.
