This is a USAW sactioned competition hosted by Lily Weightlifting. This meet can be used as a qualification meet for National competitions.

Entry Fee: Meet is limited to 50 athletes. T-shirts are INCLUDED in the entry fee.

Early Registration -Until March 17th 11:59pm is $65

Regular Registration March 18th Midnight - April 21st 11:59pm is $75

Late Registration, April 22nd Midnight - May 4th 11:59pm $95, T-shirt NOT included

T-shirts: T-shirts are a part of the entry fee. T-shirts are availble for pick up at the meet

Required for online registration:

USA Weightlifting member number

USAW member expiration date (05/11/2024 or after)

Intended Total (sum of snatch and clean&jerk) in kilograms.

Weight class in which you intend to compete, in kilograms.

Required at weigh-in: government issued ID and USAW membership card.

Awards: Top 3 Youth Formula Lifters Male and Female 13&U, 14-15, 16-17, Top 3 Formula Lifters Male and Female Junior, Top 3 Formula Male and Female Masters Lifters , Podium Awards for all 10 IWF weight classes Male and Female

We will be using the guidelines set forward by USA Weightlifting and the State of Michigan to help run this event as safely as possible.
